Mr. Rob Hall is a career civilian naval intelligence professional with almost 30 years of experience in information technology; specifically in software integration, project management, and enterprise management.  He is adept at combining business-driven objectives with technology to deliver value proven results.

Mr. Hall began his career in naval intelligence as a Database system programmer.  In that capacity he provided database support to Naval Intelligence’s premier database for movement data on ocean going naval, merchant and fishing platforms.  Over the next 22 years within naval intelligence he took on roles of greater leadership responsibility.  

In 2008, Mr. Hall accepted a Senior Enterprise Architect position within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  In that capacity, he lead the development of a strategic level maritime intelligence business reference model targeted at enhancing decision-makers understanding of current maritime intelligence capabilities, relationships, and information exchanges.  Additionally, Mr. Hall represented the Intelligence Community in the development of the National Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Enterprise “As-Is” architecture.  In August 2009, Mr. Hall transferred from ODNI to the National Maritime Intelligence Integration Office to continue the National MDA enterprise architecture work and focus on technology challenges impeding information sharing across the global maritime community.
